I think fests should be done at a different time of year. With the heat...and weather...they just don't make sense anymore. Do Ya Hear We Fest ( a small punk fest in Chattanooga TN ) was done several months earlier this year and the weather was sublime. Only a little rain. Not hurricanes or thunderstorms. And the temp. was perfect. Bugs weren't out as bad yet and the shows were indoors with vendors and games and art and such outside. A 98% better experience than past DYHW fests. Phish can definitely figure out how to do a fest these days...if anyone can. So...stayed tune, I reckon.
